From Soho to Wimpole Street — Tube or a Brisk Walk
Our London clinic is at 57a Wimpole Street, W1G 8YP — tucked into the Harley Street medical district, about a 15–20 minute walk north from the heart of Soho. The easiest way by tube is via Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central, Victoria), from where we are roughly a 10-minute walk; alternatively, take the Central or Jubilee line to Bond Street, which is about a 5-minute walk from our door. Driving into central W1 from Soho is a short journey, but street parking in this part of London is limited and paid. Most Soho patients find the tube the quickest option.

Why Soho Patients Choose Us
Bespoke Hearing Care — a World Away From the High Street
Soho is a neighbourhood that thrives on doing things differently — it has always attracted people who look past the obvious and seek out something genuinely better. That spirit sits very naturally with the way we practise audiology. At VIP Hearing Solutions, we are entirely independent of hearing aid manufacturers. We don't work for manufacturers, we work for you.
What that means in practice: your audiologist has no incentive to steer you towards any particular brand or product. We fit from all seven of the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers — Phonak, Starkey, Oticon, Widex, ReSound, Unitron and Signia — and recommend what is right for your hearing profile, your lifestyle and the specific environments in which you want to hear well. Our Wimpole Street clinic, in the Harley Street medical district, offers the calm, thorough, unhurried consultation that busy Soho patients often tell us they rarely find elsewhere.
- All 7 leading brands — no manufacturer ties, no brand incentives.
- HCPC-registered team — credentialed, regulated audiologists.
- Unhurried appointments — the opposite of a rushed walk-in chain.

In the Neighbourhood
Soho — a Neighbourhood That Values What's Real
Soho has always attracted people who look past the obvious. From the record shops of Berwick Street — a street that has powered London's music culture for decades — to the celebrated restaurants along Old Compton Street, the boutiques of Carnaby Street and the independent cinemas still doing things the hard way: Soho is a place that takes craft seriously. The same principle guides how we approach hearing care. We do not do volume and we do not do generic — we do careful, considered, genuinely individual audiology for patients who want to hear well for the rest of their lives. The clinic is a short journey away, but we think it is worth it.
