Excellent service and so glad I went. I had my ears syringed and couldn't believe what came out ! I can hear again. Mo was really professional and helpful and I would highly recommend.

Needed my father's hearing aids repaired, did some esearch into ompanies in the area, came across 2 in Eastcote, Clever Hearing told me that I would have to pay £750 initial one off fee, then £99/year thereafter. Then called VIP Hearing fantastic service, very friendly and helpful, highly recommend. Paid £33, which included 60 new batteries and 2 packs of filters! No brainier.

Nick was phenomenal, absolutely amazing, he gave me back my hearing which l thought l would never get back due to an illness and ongoing treatment. At the time my hearing had reduced to 40% in both ears. In search for a remedy l booked a hearing appointment and had my consultation with Nick.
I had mircosuction which was precise, gentle, and painless. The results can only be described as outstanding! l left the practice for the first time in many months hearing everything around me so clearly. I no longer only heard my own voice in my head, my heartbeat, or my footsteps. It was such a wonderful welcoming feeling of joy and gratitude.

At the risk of subtly changing the company's branding, I would like to say I was Very ImPressed by the service I received this week. A long-standing condition that has gone unexplained by the NHS was very clearly explained to me by Nick. I look forward to receiving my new hearing aid!
...One week later - the aid was delivered on time as promised and after a comprehensive fitting / instruction session with Nick I was delighted to hear the soft tick of the living room clock on my return home!

I would highly recommend VIP hearing solutions . I had my ears microsuctioned , the audiologist was so gentle and thorough. After the procedure he checked the pressure in my ears which was low in one ear and subsequently did a referral for my GP. Excellent service

I took my 15 year old grandson into Eastcote for ear suction. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and reassuring. Nick saw us very quickly, putting my grandson at ease. He showed him the photos, explained that there was no wax left, a few days use of oil had done the trick, then did a hearing test and didn't charge us anything Fantastic people, great honest service; would definitely use them again.
