Phonak Audéo EON Sphere
Phonak Audéo EON Sphere is Phonak’s new flagship receiver-in-canal hearing aid, launched in August 2026. Its HYPERSONIC chip runs Spheric Speech Clarity 3.0, separating speech from noise in real time, in a body Phonak states is 25% smaller and 20% lighter than the previous Sphere generation.
AutoSense OS AI 8.0 adjusts to your surroundings automatically, with Bluetooth streaming and Auracast broadcast audio. It comes in Premium (E90), Advanced (E70) and Standard (E50) levels, all three with Spheric Speech Clarity 3.0, and we fit every level at each of our clinics.
Best for: anyone who wants Phonak’s real-time speech-from-noise processing in the new, smaller Sphere body, including Infinio Sphere wearers considering an upgrade.

Is the Phonak Infinio Sphere still available now the Audéo EON Sphere is out?
Yes. We still fit and support the Infinio Ultra Sphere, and it remains a strong choice. The Audéo EON Sphere is the newer Sphere generation: Phonak’s own paper says it keeps the same speech-in-noise performance, in a body Phonak states is 25% smaller and 20% lighter.
