Meet The Team

Sarah started working in the hearing aid industry in 2005, working for a family run business in Pinner (where she first met Nick).

She enjoys the variation that her work brings from servicing hearing aids to patients popping in for advice or just for a chat over some coffee.

She has recently taken on an allotment, which takes up most of her spare time (weather permitting), hard work but very therapeutic and enjoyable.

Agnieszka recently completed her foundation degree in Audiology at De Montfort University. Her role will range from servicing hearing aids, performing earwax removal, to contacting patients to invite them for their yearly appointments.

Outside work, she cherishes moments with loved ones and her canine companions. Passionate about her profession and personal connections, she balances professional growth with family bonds and the joy of shared experiences with those she holds dear.

Meet Jazz - She excels with attention to detail and a dedication to patient care. Her vibrant energy fosters a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic, where she ensures every patient feels valued. Known for her warm demeanour and enthusiasm, Jazz tackles tasks with genuine care, earning the trust of colleagues and patients.

Beyond work, she enjoys family time and community involvement, embodying a commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside the clinic.

Gemma comes from a HR Recruitment & Training background, 15 years experience of providing board level administrative support in high profile sporting stadiums, recreational and premium venues.

Stepping into the Audiology industry, Gemma has been able to easily transfer her skills and thoroughly enjoys providing patients efficient service.

Working primarily in the Wimpole St practice, from time to time you may see Gemma in all of our branches. She loves all things hospitality and cooking for her family and friends.

Leon comes from an extensive medical background. He joined the VIP Hearing team in late 2023. He is finding the role new and exciting, and everyday he is learning more about industry.

The variation of all the different types of appointments on a daily basis make no two days the same. The satisfaction of seeing the patients with a smile, knowing they can hear better makes every day worthwhile.

Leon is a family man and enjoys quality time with them. He also enjoys playing chess, Football and going for long walks.

Abdullahi is our accounts assistant who focuses on keeping our finances in order throughout our branches. In addition to conventional number analysis, he collaborates effectively with the audiology team to ensure a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality services to our valued patients.

Outside of financial matters, Abdullahi enjoys table tennis and chess. Whether managing invoices or reconciling financial statements, his dedication to precision aligns with the strategic approach found in both table tennis and chess.
