Where are VIP Hearing Solutions' clinics?
VIP Hearing Solutions has three private audiology clinics — London Wimpole Street, Eastcote and Brentwood. London Wimpole Street is at 57a Wimpole Street, W1G 8YP — in the Harley Street medical district near Bond Street, serving Marylebone, Mayfair, Fitzrovia and the wider West End. Eastcote is at 121 Field End Road, HA5 1QH, serving Pinner, Ruislip, Northwood, Harrow and Hillingdon. Brentwood is at 41 Ongar Road, CM15 9AU, serving Shenfield, Hutton, Billericay, Ingatestone and Chelmsford. All three are private practices offering hearing assessments, bespoke hearing aid fittings and ear wax removal.
What are your opening hours?
All three VIP Hearing Solutions clinics — London Wimpole Street, Eastcote and Brentwood — are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. If you need an appointment outside these hours, please call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you don't need a GP referral to book at VIP Hearing Solutions. We're a private audiology practice and you can book directly with any of our three clinics. If you are claiming through a private medical insurance policy, your insurer may require a referral or pre-authorisation — we can guide you through that process when you call.
How much do hearing aids cost at VIP Hearing Solutions?
Hearing aids at VIP Hearing Solutions start from £3,295 per pair for our Premium tier, fitted by an expert audiologist. Every fitting includes a bespoke VIP aftercare package — Core (2 years), Gold (3 years), or Diamond (5 years) — tailored to how you live. We fit across all major brands (Phonak, Starkey, Oticon, Widex, ReSound, Unitron and Signia) because we don't work for manufacturers, we work for you. For a quote tailored to your hearing and lifestyle, please call your nearest clinic.
Is parking available at your clinics?
Yes, parking is available at all three VIP Hearing Solutions clinics, though the easiest option varies by location. London Wimpole Street has paid on-street parking; the nearest tube is Bond Street (5 minutes). Eastcote has paid on-street parking on Field End Road plus paid parking at Devonshire Lodge Practice; Eastcote tube is 3 minutes away. Brentwood is best reached by car — 30 minutes free at Sainsbury's William Hunter Way, or paid at William Hunter Way car park.
Which insurance providers do you accept?
VIP Hearing Solutions works with all major UK private medical insurers including Bupa, AXA, Cigna, Vitality, WPA, Aetna, Aviva, and Healix. Cover varies by policy and typically applies to consultations and diagnostic audiology testing such as hearing tests, so we recommend checking your specific plan or calling us — we can advise on what's typically covered and handle pre-authorisation paperwork where required.
Are your audiologists qualified and HCPC-registered?
Yes. Every audiologist at VIP Hearing Solutions is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Hearing Aid Dispenser — including Nick Clive (HAD00170), Mo Khan (HAD03074), Ewa Kozlowska (HAD02644), Tim Johnson (HAD004892), and Agnieszka Blasiak (HAD005650). You can verify each registration at hcpc-uk.org/check-the-register.
