Both are registered with the HCPC and both can test hearing and fit hearing aids. In the UK the regulated title is "Hearing Aid Dispenser", and "audiologist" is used more broadly for hearing-care professionals. What matters most is that whoever you see is HCPC-registered, experienced and independent — which every clinician on our team is. You can verify any of them on the public HCPC register.
