We fit hearing aids from all seven of the world’s leading manufacturers — Phonak, Starkey, Oticon, Widex, ReSound, Unitron and Signia — and we tailor sound to your unique listening environments rather than to a sales target.

Our team is led by Chief of Audiology Nick Clive (HCPC HAD00170), alongside a team of expert audiologists whose combined experience spans complex hearing loss, tinnitus, invisible and custom fittings, and microsuction ear wax removal. Are your audiologists qualified?
Yes. Every VIP audiologist is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the UK’s statutory regulator for hearing aid dispensers. Many also hold BSc and MSc degrees in audiology and professional memberships such as the Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (MSHAA).
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to see you quickly — on the same day where possible, and otherwise within the same week. Call your nearest clinic and we will find a time that suits you.
Where are VIP Hearing Solutions’ clinics?
We have three clinics: London Wimpole Street (W1G 8YP), Eastcote (HA5 1QH) and Brentwood (CM15 9AU). All three are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
